Frank Fenton is president and CEO of Rath Manufacturing Co.,
Inc. He was named to his current position in 1992 following
the planned retirement of the previous president, and presently
has complete responsibility for Rath. A 1967 electrical engineering
graduate from Kansas State University, Fenton has 25 years
of industrial experience. Previous assignments included the
presidency of Stewart Warner Instrument Corp. and general
manager of two divisions of Ametek, Inc.

Bud Graham has more than 20 years' experience in the metal
process industry, with special concentration in welded tube
process and equipment development, cold roll forming equipment,
tooling, and welding process technology. His career at Yoder
Manufacturing included serving as director of welded tube
and pipe technology, director of international sales, and
director of roll forming systems. While employed at Yoder,
Graham was responsible for the sale and startup of specialty
tube and pipe production lines, from API pipe to refrigeration-grade
tube.
Graham was the CEO of Coil Joining Technologies (CJT), International,
in Strongsville, Ohio. CJT designs, manufactures, and installs
coil end joiners and online, automatic gauge control mills
for welded tube and pipe production lines. Currently, he is
consulting to the tube and pipe industry and is a member of
TPA's Tube & Pipe Producing Council. |

Arthur Link
Art Link joined Kipco International in 2000 and was president
and a partner in the company, which provides technically advanced
products to the tube, pipe, and extrusion industries. The
company offers a full line of TIG welding equipment, tube
mills, auxiliary equipment, and consulting services to the
tube and pipe industry. For nine years prior to joining Kipco,
Link was president of T & H Lemont, a world leader in
the design and manufacture of roll tooling, tube mills, and
auxiliary equipment. From 1981 through 1992, he was president
of The Lockformer Company, a leading producer of roll forming
equipment.
Link also has been very active in FMA, serving on the board
of directors and as chairman in 1990 and 1991. He is a past
member of the board of directors of TPA and served on its
Tube Producing Council during the development of this course.
Link has more than 20 years' experience in the tube, pipe,
and custom roll forming industry. |

Robert Manos
Bob Manos has spent over 20 years in the Tube, Pipe and Roll
Form Industries helping assist customers in all facets of
mill operation with an emphasis on tooling design. He was
the Vice President of Sales and Service for Chicago Roll Company.
He graduated from Indiana University, where he obtained a
degree in Economics.
Manos speaks at conferences for TPA, FMA, and other associations.
He presently sits on the board of directors of TPA and is
a member of TPA's Tube & Pipe Producing Council. |

Len Steinmeyer

Len Steinmeyer graduated from Baldwin Wallace College, where
he obtained a bachelor's degree in business management, and
Cuyahoga Community College, where he received an associate's
degree in engineering technology. He has more than 25 years'
experience in the metalworking industries, during which he
has helped numerous customers improve their productivity.
Steinmeyer began his career as a service engineer for Kent
Corporation, starting up machines and training operators in
their use. He later transferred to Tesgo, Inc., sales group,
where he currently serves as president.
Steinmeyer speaks frequently at conferences for TPA, FMA,
and other associations. He presently sits on the board of
directors of TPA and FMA, and is a member of TPA's Tube &
Pipe Producing Council. |

Ike Tripp, Jr., is president of Etna Products, Inc., where
he has been since 1974. He earned a bachelor's degree in geology
from Allegheny College, Meadville, Penn., and has authored
numerous papers on various aspects of industrial metalworking
compounds and lubricants. In addition, Tripp was president
of the Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association (ILMA)
and currently serves as vice-chairman of its health and safety
committee.
Headquartered in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Etna Products, Inc.,
is a manufacturer of specialized metalworking compounds, as
well as specialty polymers used by the paint, coatings, ink,
and adhesives industries.

Dan Ventura

Dan Ventura is the president of Ventura & Associates, a consulting
firm in the metal processing, equipment, and tooling industry.
Previously, he was a vice president of sales for Addison Machine
Engineering, Inc., Addison, Ill. During his 28-year career
in the tube, pipe, and roll form industry, Ventura has worked
in many managerial capacities in the manufacture of tube mills,
roll formers, roll tooling, and related equipment. His educational
background includes degrees in industrial engineering, business
management, and applied science.
Ventura is a frequent speaker at FMA's, TPA's, and other
associations' conferences and a contributing author of articles
published in TPJ - The Tube & Pipe Journal® and The
FABRICATOR® magazines. Ventura currently is a director
of TPA and a member of its Tube Producing Council. |
